PVS Wakfu: Lumberjack Guide

Preface: This was written a few months ago, but I seemed to have forgotten to finish & publish it.. Apologies for not having images, hope it still finds a use somehow.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Lumberjacking. Don’t worry, it’ll be Okay. As far as any of the gathering professions in Wakfu go, it’s safe to say that being a Lumberjack is one of the easier ones.

As a lumberjack you’ll do a few key things:

Gather cuttings from trees.
Plant trees using the cuttings.
Cut down trees for wood.
Turn wood into planks

Welcome to our Air Xelor Guide, updated for Patch 1.5. In this guide, we’re going to focus on a build based around Air spells, and doing as much damage as possible. If you were previously a Fire Xelors, this will likely be the best build for you compared to the ‘temp burn build’ that you may have had previously. We won’t always be using a lot of spells each turn, but when we do they will be impact full. We’ll also use a few Water spells here and there.

Welcome to the revised version of PVS’ Xelor guide, updated for Patch 1.5. In this guide, we’re going to focus on a build revolving around Water spells. Though this won’t be the hard-hitting build that previous Fire Xelors might be used to, this build will still ‘hold its own’ in addition to limiting the opponents with AP loss spells. Good morning, Good morning. Last week Ankama finished up their pre-patch note releases with a few changes to our simplistic Xelors. Some elements got a buff, others got nerfed. Today we’re going to check out what was in the patch notes, and do a bit of light theorycrafting on what role Xelors will play going forward.

PVS Wakfu: Why Your Class is Getting Nerfed in 1.5

The last two days have been pretty exciting for players of Wakfu. Ankama & Square-Enix (SE) went out of their way counting their money, and decided to announce that every class in the World of Twelve is going to be changed (re-balanced) in some way with the next patch, 1.5. But now that they’re on their way every Tom, Dick and Harry has something negative to say about it. Regardless of these nay-sayers, this is a needed change. Keep reading to find out why.

PVS Wakfu: Re-Balancing Osamondas in 1.5

Hello Wakfuians (Wakfuites? I don’t know!). This week is a special week for players of Wakfu, as we’re getting a ton of news coming out of Ankama that we weren’t expecting. On Monday we were given a slew of new changes that are coming for Ecaflip, Enutrof and Osamondas. In addition, we were told that ALL classes will have changes of some sort done in the next patch (1.5). That’s good news, it means game play will be shaken up a bit. And the better news? Everybody is getting a complete stat reset. Hurray! That said, we’re going to have a look at the Osa changes today. Let’s get on it.

PVS Wakfu: Trool Fair Game Guide

Morning people! It’s a few weeks after the release of the Trool Fair in Wakfu, and we’ve all had a bit of time to play around with the games. In general, we find that most of the games are just games of chance. There really isn’t much else to it but guessing the correct option. Of course, this can be said for most carnivals as well.
